This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away at the end of a small lane. The rooms are well-decorated, clean, and obviously well-maintained. The firm mattress ensures a great night's sleep, and the hotel is surprisingly quiet at night. The breakfast is simple but delicious, with options like cereal and fresh fruit, along with great toast and freshly-made coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The location in the heart of the business area, deep in a small alleyway on Soi 18, is unbeatable.

The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is close to both the Asok BTS station and the Sukhumvit MRT. It is also within walking distance of Terminal 21. Being close to the trains is a major plus, making it convenient to explore the city. Another highlight is the included breakfast, a convenient and time-saving option. The staff at the hotel was friendly and provided good service.

Baan Sukhumvit Soi 18 is located right in the heart of the nightlife but is quiet enough to be able to sleep well. It is tucked away at the end of a small alley, providing a sense of privacy and tranquility. The hotel is conveniently near the Asoke train station, just 4 train stops away from Siam Station. Terminal 21, a newly opened shopping center, is within walking distance from the hotel.
The hotel does not provide hot water in the rooms on the first night of the stay.
